- 4+ years of developing ServiceNow solutions, with 3+ years specifically focused on EC Pro Portal, User experience, mobile applications and App engine studio.n
- Lead the design, build, and implementation of ServiceNow Employee Center Pro portal, mobile applications, and user experience enhancements.n
- Design and implement best-in-class user interfaces for portals and mobile environments ensuring optimal UX.n
- Create custom widgets, dashboards, and interfaces within ServiceNow EC Pro Portal using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, ReactJS, and other front-end technologies.n
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus).n
- Experience configuring ServiceNow AI/ML featuresn
- Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow AI tools with third party applications.n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide technical solutions, and align with ServiceNow platform capabilitiesn
- Leverage ServiceNow Mobile Studio for designing performant and scalable mobile apps.n




- Enhance ServiceNow UX design to improve usability, accessibility, and navigation efficiency.n
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using REST/SOAP APIs and implement authentication standards like OAuth2 and SAML.n
- Utilize JavaScript, Glide Script, and ServiceNow's scripting features for backend functionality and workflow automation.n
- Work with ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Now Mobile for advanced development.n
- Adhere to ServiceNow coding standards, documentation guidelines, and development best practices.n
- Perform code reviews and foster knowledge-sharing among team members.n
- Act as a technical lead for ServiceNow projects, managing end-to-end development lifecycle.n
- Conduct unit/SIT testing for the EC Pro portal, UX, and mobile features.n
- Troubleshoot reported issues and deploy optimized solutions.n
