Role Description The Area Sales Manager will drive new school partnerships, student enrolments and revenue across the Hyderabad region. The role owns the complete B2B sales cycle - territory planning, prospecting, meetings, solution presentations, proposals, negotiation, closure and structured handover to School Success.

Key Responsibilities·
- Map, segment and prioritize target schools across the assigned Hyderabad territory.· Generate qualified opportunities through school visits, referrals, events, associations and marketing leads.·
- Build relationships with school owners, directors, principals and academic decision-makers.·




- Understand each school's needs and present the most relevant Lean Hyphen partnership model.·
- Conduct discovery meetings, presentations and commercial discussions; prepare proposals and close annual partnerships.
- Achieve assigned targets for school acquisitions, student enrolments, revenue and collections.·
- Maintain accurate opportunities, next actions, forecasts and meeting notes in the CRM.·
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product and School Success; complete a transparent handover after closure.·
- Track competitors, objections and reasons for wins or losses; report insights to the Sales Head.·
- Guide assigned Sales Executives, review their pipelines and accompany them for priority meetings, when applicable.

Key Performance Indicators·
- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue, school acquisition and student-enrolment targets.· Qualified pipeline maintained at approximately 3x the upcoming quarterly target.·
- Number of decision-maker meetings, proposals and partnerships
