Role Summary:

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications and integrations across ITSM and enterprise workflows. The role requires solid hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow scripting, custom application development, integrations, and platform best practices, with the ability to support business‑critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Catalog Client Scripts.
- Build and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Configure forms, lists, notifications, approval workflows, and access controls.

Scripting & Platform Customization




- Strong hands‑on development using JavaScript within ServiceNow.
- Develop reusable and scalable server‑side and client‑side scripts.
- Implement platform best practices to ensure performance, maintainability, and upgrade safety.
- Work on ACLs, data policies, and role‑based access controls.

Integrations & Automation
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and integration hubs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party systems (Monitoring tools, CMDB sources, IAM, DevOps tools, etc.).
- Support inbound and outbound data integrations and transformations.

CMDB & ITSM Enablement
- Configure and enhance CMDB, discovery, and service mapping components.
- Ensure CMDB data quality and alignment with ITIL processes.
- Work closely with process owners to implement ITSM improvements.

L3 Support & Delivery
- Act as L3 escalation point for complex ServiceNow issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for
