Job Location- Bangalore

Job Role - Customer Support Executive

Experience: 2 to 3 years ( 1.5 years in Customer Support )

Salary: 2LPA - 3.60LPA

Qualification- Any Graduate and postgraduate.

Notice Period - Immediate - 15 Days max

Shifts- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Please Note- We are looking for only female candidates for this role.

Please Note- No Transportation

Please Note- Need to be adaptable work from office all 5 Days.

Please Note- Must have Excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and concerns effectively via calls and emails (Voice & Non-voice support).
- Ensure first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments with proper documentation.




- Contribute towards process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly Excel reports as required.

Key Requirements:

- Domain expertise in customer service processes and systems.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong vocabulary, articulation, and comprehension.
- Experience in voice and non-voice support (email).
- Proficiency in MS Excel for basic reporting and data management.
- Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Attributes:

- Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Zoho Desk).
- Experience in handling both B2C and B2B customers.
- Quick learner with adaptability to changing business needs.
