Learn the market → Crack what works → Build the playbook → Scale it.

- Meet garages and deeply understand how they buy spare parts.
- Research customer behaviour, problems and buying decisions.
- Experiment with pitches, onboarding and follow-ups.
- Convert early customers and drive repeat business.
- Work directly with founders on customer insights.
- Build the sales playbook that our future team will follow .
