Customer Marketing Head – Organized Trade

Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Management) from a reputed institute

At Piramal Consumer Healthcare, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Customer Marketing Head to drive growth across Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels. This role will act as a key link between Brand Marketing and Sales, translating consumer and brand strategies into winning customer and shopper marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer marketing and shopper marketing strategies across MT, E-commerce, and Q-commerce channels.
- Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key retail partners.
- Build annual activation calendars, promotional plans, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute channel-specific growth plans based on shopper insights and category trends.
- Manage trade investments, marketing budgets, and ROI measurement.




- Drive digital shelf excellence, online visibility, conversion, and platform marketing.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Media teams to deliver business growth.

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Personal Care, Beauty, Nutrition, Foods, or related categories.
- Strong exposure to Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Up-to-date Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce.
- Experience leading customer marketing initiatives at regional or national levels.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in trade spend management, ROI tracking, and shopper insights.
- Proven experience working closely with Sales and Brand teams.
