We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Goods Manager who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of goods collection from customers and ensuring timely dispatch to the central department. This role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency, meeting strict timelines, and ensuring accountability for goods movement and raw material (RM) coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, escalation management capabilities, and a commitment to compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Goods Collection & Dispatch
- Collect goods from customers as per the agreed schedule.
- Ensure goods are dispatched to the central department within 48 hours of collection.
- Maintain accurate documentation of goods collected and dispatched.
Raw Material (RM) Coordination
- Verify receipt of RM from customers before dispatch.
- If RM is not received, immediately raise escalation to management.
- Ensure RM is delivered to the central department on time to avoid production delays.
- Ensures effective customer communication as part of maintaining strong coordination
during raw material planning and management.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation for Raw Material (RM) and goods reconciliation,
including thorough review and verification of all records to maintain accuracy and compliance Escalation & Accountability
- Proactively escalate any delays in goods collection or RM receipt to management.
- If RM is not received by the customer, provide a detailed explanation and corrective action plan to Management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain structured logs of goods movement, RM status, and escalations.
- Prepare daily/weekly/Monthly reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in goods handling, logistics, or operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and dispatch workflows.
- Excellent communication and escalation management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective stock management capabilities
- Proven ability to execute plans efficiently with strong leadership skills
