Dionne is looking for a proactive, customer-focused CRM & Customer Experience Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, order-related queries, and PR/influencer coordination across our customer channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and close customer conversations and tickets through Kwik Engage, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.

- Respond to customer queries and handle required calls, including COD and abandoned-cart follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve delayed, stuck, misrouted, and other shipment-related issues.

- Manage PR and influencer outreach follow-ups and maintain an updated tracker.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely closure.

- Maintain accurate records of customer follow-ups, unresolved issues, and outreach activities.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, customer success, telesales,



or a similar role. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.

- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.

- Strong communication, customer-handling, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

- Robust follow-up ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and following up until closure.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Kwik Engage experience is a plus.

- Ability to multitask, work independently, and take ownership.

- Interest in fashion or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
