Woodrock Group is hiring for a Chat Process (Blended) role in Kolkata.

Location: Sector V, Kolkata

FULL TIME

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 CTC

Working Days: 6 Days

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Shift: Rotational | 9 Hours including 1-hour break

PART-TIME

Salary: ₹6,000–₹7,000 In-Hand

Available Shifts

- 7:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 7:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- 9:00 PM – 1:30 AM

HYBRID WORK MODEL
- 2 Days Work From Office
- 4 Days Work From Home
- Drop facility available during odd hours for WFO

ELIGIBILITY
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Comfortable with Voice & Non-Voice Process
- Candidates must be from Kolkata or nearby areas
- Personal laptop and stable broadband connection required
