What you'll do: Handle complete customer onboarding and documentation, collect and verify KYC documents, share subscription agreements and get signed copies, maintain accurate customer records, update the Customer Lifecycle Tracker in Excel, coordinate with the Sales Team and assign work to respective Operations Team, track customer progress throughout the service lifecycle, handle customer calls, follow-ups, escalations, refund requests, and issue resolution, coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery, maintain customer order reports and accurate documentation. Who we're looking for—excellent communication skills in Hindi, basic English reading and writing, basic Excel knowledge, strong documentation and follow-up skills,
customer-focused attitude with a positive mindset, ability to communicate with customers over phone, willingness to learn and grow. Working hours:9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.
