✅ Education: Graduate preferred. Undergraduates must have a minimum of 1 year of voice call center experience.

✅ Core Skills: Inbound customer service, complaint resolution, loan/mortgage servicing, and autodialer management.

✅ Software/Tools: Servicing systems, CRM databases, and autodialing systems.

✅ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (No exceptions).

✅ Logistics: 100% Work-from-Office in Bangalore | Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) | Split off/Rotational off (5-day work week) with 2-way free cab transport.

Handle borrower inquiries and loan-related customer service interactions within a US night-shift setting. Deliver high-quality customer experiences by managing loan records, resolving borrower concerns, and operating within strict compliance guidelines.





? Core Responsibilities

✔️ Inbound Customer Support: Manage incoming borrower inquiries regarding loan servicing with accuracy and professionalism.

✔️ Data & Record Management: Update and maintain loan information in servicing databases accurately.

✔️ Issue & Complaint Resolution: Assess borrower concerns and apply critical judgment to resolve or escalate issues effectively.

✔️ Outreach Operations: Utilize autodialing tools efficiently while adhering to quality, compliance, and contact targets.

✔️ Process Improvement: Identify workflow enhancements to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
