Role Description: The Customer Acquisition Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers for Weather Fighter’s protective coating services within the Pune District. This role includes prospecting new clients, conducting site visits, presenting service offerings, and coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations. The associate will maintain a pipeline of leads, follow up on inquiries, and support negotiations to close deals.

They will also collect customer feedback, help refine outreach strategies, and participate in local marketing and networking activities to increase brand visibility. This is a full time,



on-site role based in the Pune District.

Qualifications

- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Experience or interest in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, preferably in industrial or construction-related services.
- Basic understanding of industrial or protective coating services (or willingness to learn quickly) and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
- Good organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, site visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort working on-site in the Pune District, including local travel for client meetings and inspections.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and basic CRM or lead-tracking tools.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
