We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to handle student and client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email. The candidate will explain our student and visit visa services, follow up with leads, schedule counselling appointments, maintain customer records and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements: Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu, basic computer knowledge and a professional, customer-friendly approach. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
