Run the kitchen side of service at Frost & Brew. Orders come in, you put the plate together — to the same spec, at the same speed, every time. Between services you keep the kitchen clean and help work up new dishes for the menu. Small team, so what you cook is what goes out.

This role is with Frost & Brew, a café in Brookefield, Bengaluru. Hiring is being managed by Love Made Edible — we supply and advise cafés and kitchens across Bengaluru, so we know these teams from the inside, and we only put forward people we'd hire ourselves.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and plate orders as they come in, to the café's spec
- Hold the standard when it's busy — same dish, same look, same time
- Keep the kitchen clean through service and at close
- Work to the SOPs, and flag the ones that don't work in practice
- Help develop and refine recipes for the menu
- Prep ahead so service runs without scrambling
- Handle ingredients and stock carefully; keep wastage down
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards




- Guide the kitchen trainee day to day

What Frost & Brew Is Looking For
- 1–2 years in a café, cloud kitchen or restaurant kitchen
- Can hold quality and speed together during a rush
- Clean, organised, and consistent about it
- Comfortable working to a written SOP rather than improvising every time
- Some interest in developing recipes, not just executing them
- Based in Bengaluru, or able to relocate before starting — this is a fully in office role
- Preferred: a food-safety or culinary certificate, though what you can cook matters more
