Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sustainable practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in environmental performance and develop strategies to address them.

- Provide expert advice on sustainability matters to internal stakeholders, including senior management and business leaders.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in a similar role within the chemicals industry or a related field.

- Solid understanding of decarbonization, ERM (Environmental Risk Management), and sustainability principles.

- Proven track record of developing effective sustainability strategies that drive business value.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
