Qualifications

- Total Experience 6 to 8 Years

- Relevant Experience 6 to 8 Years

Mandatory skills

- Deep functional knowledge of Cornerstone LMS (CSOD Certification preferred), SABA, SuccessFactors

- Successfully implemented enterprise-wide CSOD LMS in managerial role.

- Basic understanding with data integration tools like SSIS

Desired skills

- Experience on LMS (Sumtotal, SABA, SuccessFactors, CSOD)

- Analyst experience developing test cases, testing for and identifying issues

- Knowledge on data validation methods

- Hands-on experience in Implements/ configure/ support Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) LMS

- Ability to directly interact with client SMEs, seek clarifications from them,

- Hands-on experience in implementing integration with CSOD LMS
