nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team in managing daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles along with hands-on experience in Tally and Microsoft Excel . Candidates based in or willing to work from Siliguri will be preferred.
n Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and record daily accounting entries in the accounting systemn
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial recordsn
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statementsn
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and invoicesn
- Support the finance team during internal and external auditsn
- Ensure all accounting data is accurate, updated,
and compliant with company policiesn
- Assist with other day-to-day accounting and finance-related activitiesn
n Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Tally for accounting entries and bookkeepingn
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data handling)n
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processesn
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracyn
