Responsibilities:

Identify and develop recent CSR funding and business opportunities from corporates, CSR foundations, trusts, NGOs, and other potential partners.

Conduct corporate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, networking, and other channels to generate CSR leads.

Understand CSR requirements, priorities, and budgets of potential corporate donors.

Present the companys CSR capabilities, healthcare projects, and solutions to prospective corporate partners.

Prepare CSR proposals, presentations, concept notes, quotations, and other business documents.

Follow up with prospective donors and convert qualified leads into CSR partnerships and projects.

Identify genuine healthcare needs, beneficiaries, hospitals, healthcare institutions, NGOs, government institutions, and other end users.

Connect suitable CSR donors with relevant beneficiaries based on their requirements and CSR objectives.

Develop CSR project concepts and coordinate with internal teams for project planning and execution.





Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, hospitals, government bodies, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.

Schedule and conduct meetings with potential CSR partners and beneficiaries and ensure regular follow-ups.

Support CSR marketing and outreach activities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, references, events, and other channels.

Maintain records of CSR leads, donors, beneficiaries, proposals, meetings, partnerships, and projects.

Prepare CSR MIS, pipeline reports, project reports, impact reports, and other required documentation.

Research CSR trends, corporate CSR priorities, healthcare CSR opportunities, and potential funding areas.

Achieve defined targets related to lead generation, corporate meetings, proposals, donor acquisition, CSR funding, partnerships, and business conversion
