- Bachelor's degree in computer science,
- Software Engineering, or related field 8 to 10 years of relevant experience as Functional Consultant in D365 CRM and power platform. Hands-on experience and understanding of D365 Architecture and Design.
- Experience in Configuration, Extensive knowledge, and experience of CRM Case Management. Strong understanding of application lifecycle management Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to interact with customers for training, discussion, UAT, and go live activities.
Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.
Should be able to prepare functional documentation
