About The Client

Client is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and development of ServiceNow platform with at least three years of experience in CSM.

- Proficiency in scripting, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and experience in REST API integration is a must

- Solid understanding creating Business Rules, ACL’s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.

- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation and Customization;

experience developing Service Portal widgets and capabilities;

experience leveraging UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts

- Expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

- Configure integrations with various ServiceNow integration methods, such as web services, REST, SOAP, Data Sources, and import set.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM module, including portal customization, and knowledge management.

- Extensive experience with Flow Designer including creating flows for integrations

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
