- Assist in handling ROC/MCA compliances for companies and LLPs.

- Assist in preparation and filing of various MCA forms and statutory returns.

- Assist in incorporation of companies and LLPs, including preparation of incorporation documents.

- Assist in maintenance and updating of statutory registers, minutes, notices and other secretarial records.

- Assist in conducting and documenting Board Meetings, General Meetings and related compliances.

- Assist in annual filing and event-based filings under the Companies Act, 2013.

- Assist in director-related compliances, including DIN, DSC, appointment, resignation and other changes.

- Assist in share transfer, allotment, transmission and other corporate actions.

- Gain practical exposure to FEMA/RBI compliances, including foreign investment and related reporting.

- Assist in preparation of legal, secretarial and compliance-related documents, letters and notices.





- Conduct basic research on Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations and other applicable laws.

- Coordinate with clients for collection of information and documents required for compliances.

- Maintain compliance trackers and ensure timely completion of assignments.

- Support senior professionals in corporate advisory and transaction-related assignments.

- Perform any other secretarial, compliance or research work assigned by senior professionals.

- Gain practical exposure to Accounting, Book-keeping & Internal Audit.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
