Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM (UK Process) | Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell international cruise holidays, flights & holiday packages.
- Handle leads, customer queries & convert them into bookings.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries & booking confirmations.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Use GDS systems for travel & flight bookings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in cruise/travel sales.
- GDS knowledge is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, sales & customer-handling skills.
- Solid knowledge of international cruises and destinations.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
