Job Summary

Shivani Creation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and customer-focused CRO Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, order coordination and relationship management.

The candidate will act as a key point of contact between customers and the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and other customer communications.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them effectively to the concerned team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, quality, packing and dispatch teams regarding customer orders.
- Track order status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Maintain customer records, order details and follow-up reports.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Coordinate regarding samples, orders, delivery schedules and other customer requirements.
- Follow up on pending payments/orders wherever required.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Escalate major customer complaints or operational issues to management.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer follow-up and order status reports.
- Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and retention.




- Perform other customer relationship and coordination activities assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in customer relationship management, garment industry, merchandising, sales coordination or order management will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customers/tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
