Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, disciplined, and responsible Telecaller / CRM Executive to handle customer calls, follow-ups, CRM updates, lead tracking, and site visit coordination while supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Call current leads and understand basic customer requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers on time.
- Maintain CRM updates, lead status, and customer remarks.
- Coordinate site visits with customers and the sales team.
- Share daily follow-up and lead update reports.
- Support the sales team with customer coordination.
- Maintain polite and qualified communication with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite and qualified telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Comfortable using CRM and MS Excel.
- Good follow-up discipline and time management.
- Strong organizational and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

- Female candidates are preferred.
- Candidates with real estate calling experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates should be sincere, organized, and responsible.
- Ability to maintain customer data and coordinate smoothly with the sales team.
