Position: Credit Manager – Construction Finance Location: Pune Department: Credit / Risk Management Reports To: Credit Head / Director Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Manager to evaluate, structure, and monitor construction finance proposals. The candidate will be responsible for assessing borrower creditworthiness, project viability, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities • Analyze construction finance proposals including project cost, cash flow, and feasibility.

- Conduct financial analysis of developers/builders including balance sheets, P&L;, and cash flow statements.
- Assess project viability, DSCR, IRR, and repayment capacity.
- Evaluate collateral/security structure and legal documentation.
- Identify credit, market, and operational risks associated with projects.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and recommend suitable loan structuring.
- Coordinate legal, technical, and valuation due diligence.




- Prepare detailed credit notes and present cases to sanctioning authority.
- Monitor project progress, fund utilization, and repayment schedules.
- Ensure adherence to company credit policy and regulatory compliance (RERA, etc.).

Eligibility

Criteria • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in construction finance, real estate lending, or project finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and credit risk assessment.

Key Skills Required • Financial modeling and ratio analysis.

- Knowledge of RERA and regulatory guidelines.
- Risk assessment and mitigation skills.
- Solid analytical and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
