Are you an empathetic person who enjoys helping others discover their potential? We’re building a community where people can feel comfortable being themselves, express what they have to offer, and discover the strengths they may have been holding back.

This could be the perfect role for you if you’re between 18 and 26 years old, have a good amount of time on Sundays, and can spare around 2 hours on weekdays.

This is a community building and management role. Your work will be about understanding people, helping them feel included, and creating an environment where they can discover and showcase their unique strengths. Because the truth is, every person has something in them to showcase.

But many of us hold ourselves back because of the negative assumptions we make about what others might think. As a community, we want to help people move past those doubts and find the confidence to express themselves.

We’re looking for 5 volunteers to build our ideal community team. We believe a strong team is made up of different personalities, each bringing something unique to the table. Here’s the kind of team we’re hoping to build:

1. The Introvert The one who loves to understand, think deeply,



share valuable inputs, and help make the plan.
2. The Extrovert The one who enjoys executing the plan, talking to people, negotiating, and getting things done.
3. The Ambivert The one who knows when to take charge, when to step back, and how to bring things back on track when they start moving away from the plan.
4. The Smiley The nurturer of the team. Someone who makes people feel welcome, supports the team, and helps everyone in our community feel comfortable and included.
5. The Influencer The one who helps document our events, capture the moments, and create the vibe that makes people want to be part of our community.
