Pollysys Global Solutions is a UK-based organization with a development center in Mohali, India. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a creative, skilled, and technology-driven Video Editor who can help us create high-quality digital content for our YouTube channel, social media, advertising campaigns, websites, and branding initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Create and edit engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and digital advertising.
- Produce YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, promotional videos, social media ads, corporate videos, and branded content.
- Take raw footage, audio, graphics, and other assets and turn them into polished, engaging content.
- Develop video concepts, editing approaches, and basic storyboards based on creative briefs.
- Add motion graphics, text animations, transitions, VFX, sound effects, music, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio enhancement, and overall post-production.
- Create platform-specific versions of content in different formats and aspect ratios.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand objectives and deliver content that supports business goals.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, content formats, and AI technologies.
- Use AI tools intelligently to improve creative output, production speed, and editing workflows.

Must-Have SkillsAdobe Premiere Pro Strong command is mandatory.

You should be comfortable handling complete projects independently, including:





- Professional cuts and sequencing
- Multi-camera editing
- Audio synchronization
- Color correction
- Captions/subtitles
- Transitions and effects
- Speed ramping and advanced editing techniques
- Exporting for different platforms

Adobe After Effects Strong working knowledge is mandatory.

You should be comfortable with:

- Motion graphics
- Text animation
- Visual effects
- Compositing
- Keyframing
- Masking
- Tracking
- Basic animation
- Creating engaging intros, transitions, and promotional graphics

AI — Required Good knowledge of AI tools is mandatory for this role.

The candidate should understand how AI can be integrated into modern video-production workflows, including areas such as:

- AI-assisted video generation
- AI image generation
- AI voiceovers and voice enhancement
- AI-powered subtitles and transcription
- Background/object removal
- Video enhancement and upscaling
- Generative visuals and creative assets
- AI-assisted editing and content ideation
- Using AI to improve production efficiency

We are looking for someone who uses AI as a creative and productivity tool, not someone who simply knows the names of AI platforms.

Good to Have

- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- Figma / Adobe XD
- Motion graphics and VFX
- Graphic design skills
- YouTube video production experience




- Experience creating Facebook/Instagram/YouTube Ads
- Short-form content creation
- Sound design and audio editing
- Basic understanding of YouTube thumbnails, hooks, retention, and content performance
- Experience with 3D, animation, or compositing
