Experience: 3–5 Years | Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Working Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM | Monday – Saturday

About The Culture Capsule The Culture Capsule is a narrative-first brand-building agency. We work with brands to build stories and creative ecosystems across social media, advertising and digital platforms.

We are looking for a Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing and visual language, and can turn creative ideas into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Reels, social media content, brand films, advertisements, campaigns, interviews and digital videos.
- Translate scripts, briefs and creative concepts into strong visual narratives.
- Handle editing, sound design, transitions, colour correction and basic colour grading.
- Create basic motion graphics, typography and animations using After Effects.
- Create multiple formats, cut-downs and platform-specific versions of content.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, strategists, designers and the social media team.
- Organise project files, footage and assets efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Stay updated with emerging visual, editing and social media trends.
- Experiment with AI-powered creative tools to improve speed, quality and creative possibilities.

Required Skills




- 3–5 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, strong working knowledge of After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve for grading.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics and sound design.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition and music.
- Experience editing content for Instagram, YouTube and digital advertising.
- Ability to work in 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1 formats.
- Comfortable working with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Runway, Kling, Suno and similar emerging platforms.
- Ability to incorporate AI-generated video, images, music, voice and other assets into professional edits.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Own high-performance editing system/laptop required.

Who We're Looking For Someone who doesn't just know how to edit, but understands why an edit works.

You should have a solid visual sensibility, an instinct for storytelling, curiosity about new technology, and the ability to take an idea from a creative brief to a finished piece of content.
