Sberbank is looking for a highly proficient and experienced Credit Manager to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal Candidate will have a strong financial modelling skills besides understanding and practical expertise in credit analysis and client management.

Responsibilities

- Develop financial models to forecast potential risks and returns for the proposed credit transactions.

- Manage the credit assessment process for corporate clients and ensure timely decision.

- Conduct detailed credit analysis and risk assessment for potential clients.

- Review and prepare the credit opinions and gather all opinions from the branch departments for approval by relevant committees.

- Comply with all the regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit management.

- Develop new credit products and policies assigned to Credit Department.

- Managing asset quality quality of the portfolio, monitoring delinquency.

- Coordinating with the Middle Office for recording credit related transactions in the CBS, RBI reporting etc.

- Actively participate in structuring of complex credit transactions,



Development of CBS system and other ancillary tasks.

Skills Required

- 10-12+ years of experience in managing large corporate clients, credit assessments and risk analysis.

- Proven experience in credit management, credit analysis and financial modelling.

- Proficient in handling large corporate clients.

- Excellent skills in risk analysis and credit assessments.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decision under pressure.

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
