We are seeking a creative and proactive Creative Head to lead content development, manage client interactions and guide the creative team. Candidates with experience in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and provide direction for digital campaigns, social media content and shoots.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into effective creative strategies.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, feedback and regular follow-ups.
- Guide and coordinate content creators, designers and other creative team members.
- Review creative work and ensure quality, brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Create engaging content ideas aligned with current digital marketing trends.
- Prepare meeting reports, project updates and creative references.
- Research competitor activities, industry trends and emerging content formats.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.
- Travel for client meetings,



photoshoots and video shoots when required.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing and content creation.
- Ability to provide creative direction and visual references.
- Valuable team-handling, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Awareness of current social media and creative trends.
- Willingness to travel for shoots.

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Work Mode: In-office

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
