Yours Buddy Mediaworks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team and raise the quality of content we create for founders, entrepreneurs, and creators.

We create and manage content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, podcasts, and other digital platforms, with a strong focus on content that not only looks great but also performs.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Define creative direction and visual storytelling for podcasts, trailers, Reels & branded content
- Review and approve edits before final delivery
- Guide editors and designers on storytelling, pacing, visual hierarchy & audience retention
- Provide clear, actionable creative feedback and ensure revisions are implemented
- Conduct creative reviews, feedback sessions & skill-development workshops
- Develop editing, storytelling and design SOPs
- Brainstorm innovative content ideas, visual concepts & creative formats
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality
- Work closely with founders to improve creative strategy, content performance & client satisfaction

? What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in video editing, creative direction or content production




- Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling across long-form & short-form content
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Solid understanding of graphic design, motion graphics & typography
- Deep understanding of storytelling, editing psychology, pacing & audience retention
- Strong knowledge of YouTube, Instagram & LinkedIn
- Strong leadership, mentoring & team-management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
