Job Location: Bangalore.

Seeking a highly accomplished Creative Director /Senior Art Director to lead and elevate the company's creative vision across corporate events, exhibitions, and experiential environments.

The role demands a visionary leader with exceptional concept development skills, a deep understanding of event and set design, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams across 2D design, 3D visualization, motion graphics, video, AI-assisted design, and creative production.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on industry expertise,

ensuring every concept is innovative, technically feasible, and executed to the highest standards. This role is responsible for building a culture of creativity, mentoring the design team, driving innovation, and delivering world-class experiences from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

- Define and drive the overall creative vision and design language of the company.
- Lead concept development for all events, exhibitions,



and experiential projects.
- Develop innovative, trend-setting creative concepts aligned with client objectives.
- Drive brainstorming sessions and foster a culture of originality and creative

excellence.
- Establish creative standards and ensure consistency across all projects.

Job Specifications :Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Spatial Design, or a related discipline.
- 8–15+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a senior creative leadership role.
- Experience in corporate events & experiential design, event design, exhibitions, retail

environments, production design, or related industries. Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
