42x Academy is a new IT training academy — just set up, no courses built yet. We're starting with three tracks: SAP, Data Engineering, and Power Apps. Right now, nothing exists beyond the idea and the domain. We need someone to build the first version of what we teach.

What we need

One person to research, structure, and define our course syllabi for SAP, Data Engineering, and Power Apps — end to end. Not a content writer following a brief; someone who owns the outcome: decide what each course should cover, in what order, and why.

What you'll do

- Research what's actually taught (and hired for) in SAP, Data Engineering, and Power Apps today
- Turn that into a syllabus per track: modules, learning outcomes, sequencing, assessments




- Work with subject-matter reviewers to check technical accuracy
- Revise based on feedback until it's ready to build lessons on

What we're looking for

- Can research an unfamiliar technical field and structure it into a clear course
- Some background in curriculum/instructional design, or a strong reason to believe you can do this well without it
- Self-directed — this is ownership, not task-following
- Clear written English
