Responsibilities

- Pick up packages from designated locations and deliver them to customers promptly for NCL Cargo and Logistics Pvt. Ltd..
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections for NCL Cargo and Logistics Pvt. Ltd..
- Ensure the safety and security of all packages during transit.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes.




- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
- Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification of 12th pass and above.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in courier delivery.
- Valid Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
- A valid Driving License and a reliable two-wheeler or vehicle for deliveries.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
