We are looking for a Counter Sales Advisor who has experience in retail jewellery or 1 Gram Jewellery. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the store, understanding their preferences, explaining products, and providing a comfortable and personalized shopping experience.

Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

- Guide customers in selecting suitable designs based on their preferences and budget.

- Explain product details, pricing, designs, and available options.

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Build a good rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Assist customers from product selection to final purchase.

- Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

- Coordinate with the store team for smooth counter operations.

- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

- Assist in successfully closing customer purchases.

Eligibility

- 1–5 years of experience in retail jewellery is mandatory.

- Candidates with 1 Gram Jewellery experience are also eligible.

- Candidates from other retail industries without jewellery experience will not be considered.

- Should be comfortable interacting with customers and working in a retail store environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
