Job Summary: This role is for a senior Coupa Administrator responsible for leading and optimizing the company's Procure-to-Pay ecosystem. You will be the primary expert, driving strategic improvements and ensuring platform adoption while mentoring junior team members. A significant part of your responsibility will involve partnering with the Procurement department to maximize the platform's efficiency and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Coupa platform.
- Design and implement end-to-end Procure-to-Pay solutions.
- Guide and advise the Procurement team on best practices and process optimization.
- Mentor and develop other team members supporting Coupa operations.
- Resolve complex technical issues and manage system configurations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge of Coupa modules and architecture.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Solid system configuration and workflow design skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience with procure-to-pay processes and financial systems is highly desirable.
