Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Manager/Sr. Manager Yarn Costing with strong expertise in textile costing and yarn manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review detailed yarn costing.
- Analyze raw material, labour, power, manufacturing, and overhead costs.
- Monitor cost variations and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Prepare product-wise and process-wise cost analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Finance, and other departments.
- Analyze actual cost against standard/budgeted cost.
- Support management in pricing and profitability decisions.
- Prepare costing reports and MIS for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
- Support management with accurate costing data for business decisions.

Candidate Profile

- ICWA qualification preffered.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong exposure to Yarn Costing.
- Valuable understanding of yarn manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of costing, budgeting, variance analysis, and MIS.
