:

Karunalay Balgruh is looking for a compassionate and responsible Counsellor to support the emotional, behavioural, and overall well-being of children residing at the Balgruh.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counselling to children.
- Understand children's emotional, behavioural, and social needs.
- Provide appropriate emotional support and guidance.
- Maintain counselling records, case notes, and reports.
- Monitor the progress and well-being of children.
- Coordinate with caregivers, social workers, and management.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Support children in developing healthy coping and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

- MSW or M.A. Psychology.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient approach towards children.
- Ability to work in a child-care/institutional environment.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.

Preferred Experience: Experience in child counselling, child care, social work, NGOs, rehabilitation centres, or residential child-care institutions will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,826.08 - ₹15,000.00 per month
