Role & responsibilities

- Prepare CAPEX estimates for Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia, Methanol, SAF, CCU, and PtX projects.

- Develop cost estimates based on PFDs, P&IDs;, BOQs, MTOs, and engineering inputs received.

- Prepare discipline-wise BOQs covering process equipment, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, utilities, and offsites.

- Float budgetary enquiries, analyse vendor quotations, and benchmark costs for major packages and long-lead items.

- Prepare cost build-ups, basis of estimate, assumptions, exclusions, cash flows, and price schedules for internal and client submissions.

- Develop price break-ups for EPC scope including equipment, bulk materials, construction, indirect costs, logistics, taxes, duties, and contingencies.





- Support pre-bid engineering and techno-commercial evaluations by providing timely and accurate cost inputs.

- Prepare comparative statements, cost optimisation options, and value engineering proposals during bidding.

- Support risk assessment and sensitivity analysis related to cost escalation, supply chain, and execution constraints.

- Assist in preparation of tender submissions, client clarifications, and internal approval notes.

- Maintain and update cost databases, benchmarks, and historical project references for hydrogen and derivative projects.
