Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Costing Executive with experience in the Printing & Packaging Industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate job costing and quotations based on raw materials, printing processes, finishing operations, wastage, labour, and other production costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate costing for printing and packaging jobs.
- Calculate paper/board, ink, lamination, coating, die-cutting, pasting and other material costs.
- Calculate wastage, production quantities and job-wise manufacturing costs.
- Understand printing specifications, sheet sizes, paper GSM and board requirements.
- Prepare costing for cartons, boxes, brochures, labels, commercial printing and other packaging products.
- Coordinate with the Sales, PPC, Purchase and Production teams to obtain required job details and rates.
- Verify current raw material and process rates before preparing quotations.




- Maintain costing records and job-wise costing data in the ERP system.
- Identify opportunities to improve costing accuracy and reduce unnecessary production costs.
- Assist the management and sales team with pricing and quotation-related requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience in Printing & Packaging Costing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of offset printing and packaging production processes.
- Understanding of paper/board consumption, wastage and sheet calculations.
- Knowledge of lamination, die-cutting, pasting, UV/coating and other finishing processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience working with ERP/software.
- Robust numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as a dedicated costing person.

Experience: 2–5 years in Printing & Packaging Costing preferred. Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
