Qualification: LLB / 5-Year Integrated Law Degree.
Experience: Fresher.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, notices and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and support compliance-related activities.
- Assist in corporate and statutory filings and maintaining legal records.
- Coordinate with external lawyers and consultants when required.
- Support HR/Admin in legal and labour law matters.
- Review contracts and identify potential legal risks.
- Maintain proper documentation of legal cases, agreements and correspondence.
Skills: Good knowledge of corporate and labour laws, legal research, drafting skills, attention to detail, positive communication and MS Office skills. Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
