Key Responsibilities

- Performance Management System (PMS):
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead annual, semi-annual, and quarterly appraisal cycles across Corporate, Sales, Manufacturing, and Retail divisions.
- Goal Setting & Alignment: Partner with business head stakeholders to formulate measurable OKRs, KRAs, and KPIs aligned with business growth targets.
- Review & Moderation: Facilitate calibration rounds, performance rating distributions, quarterly check-ins, and PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) executions.
- Appraisal Technology: Manage the HRIS/PMS digital platform to automate continuous feedback, appraisals, and incentive calculations.
- Corporate Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Strategic Onboarding: Design and drive structured 30-60-90 day onboarding journeys for corporate hires, plant managers, and regional sales leads.
- New-Hire Integration: Oversee pre-boarding engagement, day-one orientation, functional cross-team introductions, and integration check-ins.
- Onboarding Metrics: Track metrics including Early Attrition, Time-to-Productivity, and Candidate Experience Net Promoter Score to optimize processes.
- HR Policies,



Compliance & Governance:
- Policy Formulation: Design, review, and roll out corporate HR policies (Leaves, Attendance, Travel & Reimbursements, Code of Conduct, POSH, Hybrid/In office protocols).
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all corporate HR guidelines comply with Indian Labor Laws and FMCG/Retail sector regulations.
- HR Manuals & Communications: Maintain updated Employee Handbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure company-wide policy awareness.
- Employee Engagement & HR Operations:
- Engagement Initiatives: Design corporate culture initiatives, employee recognition programs, and pulse surveys to improve engagement and retention.
- Grievance Redressal: Serve as a trusted advisor to manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- HR Analytics & MIS: Prepare monthly dashboard reports for CXOs on headcount analytics, turnover, PMS ratings distribution, and onboarding health metrics.
