Role Description
As a Corporate Law Intern at D Globalist, you will assist with research and analysis of international business laws, regulations, and legal frameworks, providing critical insights to support our clients' global operations. Your role will involve conducting market and industry research, drafting legal documents, and identifying potential clients' legal needs.
This position is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of corporate and international law, excellent research and writing skills, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market and industry research.
- Research both Indian and International business laws, regulations, and legal frameworks relevant to client industries and jurisdictions.
- Identify potential international clients and analyze their legal requirements and preferences.
- Identify potential international regulatory and business professionals,
who can assist with cross-border expansion
- Draft briefs, memos, and correspondence outlining legal considerations, implications, and recommendations for international business transactions.
- Conduct legal due diligence of companies.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to approach problems methodically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Requirements
- Solid understanding of corporate and international laws with an interest in foreign regulatory regimes.
