About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Gather business needs from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for OBDX projects
- Solution Design: Participate in designing digital banking workflows, screens, and custom modules aligned with bank standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams during implementation, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- System Support: Provide production support, troubleshoot functional or technical bottlenecks, and ensure high system availability
- Process Improvement:
Drive continuous enhancements to maximize digital platform efficiency and user experience
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of total experience in the Oracle Digital banking and financial services domain, with hands-on expertise in the OBDX platform
- Domain Knowledge: Robust background in Corporate banking, Cash Management, Payments and Trade Finance products.
- Technical Familiarity: Understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP), core banking workflows (like Oracle FLEXCUBE), and database querying.
- Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving abilities.
