Role Description This is a full-time, in office Corrogation role based at TerraPack Innovative Packaging Pvt. Ltd. in Karnal. The role involves overseeing corrugation machine operations, monitoring production quality, and ensuring that corrugated sheets and boxes meet defined specifications.

Daily tasks include coordinating with the production team, optimizing machine settings, reducing material waste, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. The role also includes routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting,



and accurate documentation of production output and any issues encountered. Collaboration with supervisors and quality assurance personnel to meet delivery timelines and sustainability standards is an important part of this position.

Qualifications

- Experience with corrugation or packaging production processes, including machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Understanding of quality control practices, measurement techniques, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, manage time effectively, and meet daily production targets.
- Basic technical aptitude for identifying issues in machine performance and communicating them to maintenance or supervisory staff.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a diverse, inclusive production team.
- Prior experience in corrugated packaging or related industries is preferred; vocational or technical training in manufacturing or engineering is an advantage.
