Job Title: Management Trainee - Copywriter Intern

Duration: 3 months (Extendable to 6 months )

Job Summary:

As a Copywriter, you’ll be the voice behind our clients’ brands. From campaign concepts to crisp taglines,

social media copy, pitch presentations, and brand stories, you’ll shape words into compelling ideas. You’ll work closely with art directors, strategists, and account managers to bring creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in developing engaging and on-brand copy across campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing materials.

● Collaborate closely with senior copywriters, designers,



and strategy teams to brainstorm and refine creative concepts.

● Write clear, compelling, and audience-focused copy for digital ads, social media, websites, and print materials.

● Support the presentation of creative ideas and contribute to internal reviews and client discussions.

● Research industry trends, audience insights, and pop culture to ensure content remains relevant and fresh.

● Contribute creative ideas to campaign development and current business pitches as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field

Eligibility:

● Any Prior copywriting internship / experience in advertising or a creative agency

● Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills

● Excellent command of written English, with a flair for persuasive and emotive writing

● Experience working across multiple media—digital, print, and video

● Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects with ease

● A sharp eye for detail and a love for language
