Technical Competency

- Experience in development and customization of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery [Employee Service Management] applications, including:
/n
- HR Case Management
/n
- HR Knowledge Management
/n
- Employee Service Center (Portal)
/n
- Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
/n
- Employee Document Management
/n
- Performance Analytics for HR
/n
- Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
/n
- Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs
/n
- Web Services, JDBC, SFTP integration experience
/n
- Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
/n
- Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly,
one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS
/n
- Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD
/n
- Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
/n
- Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes
/n
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
/n
