Position: Senior Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Senior Social Media Manager who can build and scale Me n Moms’ social media presence and take the brand to the next level.

The ideal candidate should have solid D2C experience and a proven track record of taking a brand from 0→1 and scaling its social media presence through content, creators, campaigns and community building.

This is a growth-oriented role, not just a content-management role. The candidate will be responsible for building the social media strategy, creating a strong content engine, driving organic growth and making Me n Moms a highly visible and engaging brand in the parenting & baby-care space.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall Social Media Strategy for Me n Moms across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.




- Build the brand's social media presence from 0→1 and scale it significantly in terms of reach, engagement, followers and brand visibility.
- Create a strong content strategy and content calendar aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Drive Instagram/Reels growth, including identifying trends, viral formats, content hooks and storytelling opportunities.
- Develop social-first campaigns that generate high reach, engagement and brand awareness.
- Lead Influencer Marketing, Creator Collaborations and UGC initiatives.
- Build a continuous pipeline of creators and develop long-term creator relationships.
- Identify opportunities to make the brand relevant, relatable and culturally/socially current.
- Work closely with the Creative, Marketing, E-commerce and Business teams to align social media with overall business objectives.
- Brief and manage internal/external creative teams for social content.
- Track and analyse social media performance and continuously optimise
