We’re looking for a Program Manager who can take ownership of strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives from planning to successful execution.

What You’ll Do /n

- Lead programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
/n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
/n
- Track program progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance.
/n
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership.
/n
- Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
/n
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets as required.
/n
- Proactively identify challenges and drive effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For /n

/n
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience , or Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience .
/n
- Experience in program management, project management, operations, consulting, or a related field .
/n
- Robust organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
/n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
/n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
/n
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
/n
- A genuine alignment with the values and mission of a purpose-driven organization is desirable.
