Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in LWC, Apex, integrations (REST/SOAP), Flow automation, and platform security best practices.
n## Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apexn
- Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with external/third-party systemsn
- Design and implement complex business automation using Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled)n
- Configure and maintain platform security â€" profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field-level security, and role hierarchyn
- Write effective, bulkified, and governor-limit-compliant Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Async Apex)n
- Participate in technical design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsn
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding best practicesn




- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failuresn
- Collaborate with architects, admins, and QA teams across the SDLCn
- Maintain documentation for technical designs, integrations, and deployment processesn

- 4+ years of Salesforce development experiencen
- Strong proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch/Queueable/Schedulable Apex, Test classes)n
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)n
- Experience building/consuming REST and SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and middleware conceptsn
- Strong command over Flow Builder (Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows)n
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Security Model â€" OWD, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission setsn
- Experience with SOQL/SOSL, data modeling, and Salesforce object architecturen
- Familiarity with Sales
